Hey guys! Iām so excited to finally be able to release the much requested Daily Learning Notebook in French! Thanks to a lovely reader who translated this for me, we were able to get this out to all of you!
I think this will be a great addition to your homeschooling for both French speaking students as well as those learning French!

MAC USERS: You will need to Install Adobe Reader, then set it as your default program to open PDF files. This will resolve any weird viewing issues you may have with PDF files. Safari tries to open the file in preview instead of full view which causes issues viewing and printing files. Hope that helps!
The Daily Learning Notebook is a fun way to review basic math & calendar skills each day!
NOTE:The photos below show pages in English, however your pages will be in French.
The first page talks about todayās date, days of the week, and numbers:
- What day is it?
- What was yesterday?
- What will it be tomorrow be?
- Write the date
- Color in the day number
- Is todayās number ODD or EVEN?
- Write todayās number
- Write the number that comes before and after todayās number
The next page covers money and time:
- What time is it?
- What time was it 1 hour ago?
- What time will it be in 2 hours?
- Make the date in coins.
Tally Marks: We also keep track of our days in school using tally marks, at the end of the month weāll count up all of our school days then write the number in the circle at the bottom of that monthās box.
Place Value & Temperature: Practice place value using todayās date, as well as telling the temperature.
Name Writing Practice: This download includes blank writing lines so that your students can practice writing their names. There is only one per month, but if you want them to have more practice you can print extra pages.
100 days count down: Weāre also keeping track of our days in school up to 100. If you canāt read the numbers below, donāt worry! Strawberry Shortcake has taken to writing fancy little stick people on all of her numbersā¦
Monthly Calendar and weather tracking: We are also tracking our calendar days in school, theyāll write the month on the top of each calendar, then write the dayās number each day. At the bottom of the page is a place to track weather for each month. At the end weāll discuss which type of weather we had most, least, etc. (The download has months in year order: JANUARY ā DECEMBER)

Hi Erica,
A couple of typos-
– on page 5, it\’s Hier, not Heir (yesterday)
– on page 7, it\’s Combien y a-t-il, with a space between y and a.
Thanks for the notebook!
Got if fixed, thanks for your help!!
Hi Erica,
This is a very nice resource. I saw a mistake in the spelling of hier ( yesterday).
It says heir on your paper.
Always fun to read your blog!
Thanks for letting me know, I just uploaded the fixed one!
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! This is wonderful!!
On the Mon Nom page: August – Aout looks like it has a space (and it shouldn’t) & November is Novembre (you have an i in there) and April should be Avril, not Abril
I took french all through school and some of the phrases aren’t the way I learned them or would use them, but they would be correct translations.
Thanks!
