Looking for a handy visual alphabet reference for your students? Iβve created this for Tinker Bell so she has something on her desk that she can look at when working on her handwriting.
Iβve found that keeping something close by really helps in proper letter formation. If they canβt quite remember how a letter is formed, they can quickly glance at their desk mate alphabet strip and in the words of Tinker Bellβ¦.Voilaβ!
Sooooβ¦.I present the Manuscript Desk Mate:
And just because I know there are a bunch of you working on Cursiveβ¦the Cursive Desk Mate:
And donβt worry, I didnβt forget all you DβNealian fans out there either!
The download includes all 3 fonts, and 2 sizes of each Alphabet Desk Mate, one 8×11 and one 18×4 so hopefully one of the sizes and fonts will work for your student!
Click here to download the Alphabet Desk Mate!
I hope this helps out your kiddos with their handwriting!
I needed this badly!! Never would of thought of making one — Leave that to you Erica!! XOXO
Thank you Erica. What a great idea and it looks great.
This is so useful! Thanks so much for sharing it. π
Wonderful and beautiful! Thanks so much..can’t wait to see how it helps my 4 year old with her letter formation π (She’s really into “writing” right now so I am striking while the iron is hot!) π
Thank you so much for sharing this, I was just wondering if something like this would work for my kids yesterday. Now to figure out where to put it… π Thanks again!
I was JUST going to make these today! You just saved me a bunch of time – thank you, thank you, thank you! π
This is great! I’ve been so frustrated with only find 36 packs or what-not in our local learning stores.
Thank you so much. I was just thinking about seeing if I could find something for my 5 yr old that would be at hand instead of on the wall. What a blessing!
Wonderful creation.
Thanks so much for posting this. I never had this available when my girls were little. Hopefully my son will get some good use out of it.
