We love Play Foam! It’s fun to squish, squeeze, and easy to mold! I think I’m asked almost daily if we can get out the Play Foam.
Play Foam is a fun way to create just about anything you can imagine! It’s like play-doh, but never hardens, there’s really no mess to clean up since it sticks to itself, and its super easy to mold. I think for preschoolers it’s a great way to go, sometimes my daughter gets frustrated with things like model magic which is much harder to form.
Are you a mixer? I’m not a mixer, I like to keep my play-doh, play-foam, moon-sand and anything else of color separate. My kids are mixers.
Except my son, my beloved son, he shares my need for order. He did a wonderful job of keeping his Play Foam separated out by color. These are caterpillars.
See…look at those nice blobs of color, all nice and separate.
Then there’s my wonderful daughter…she’s a mixer {gasp!}. She has a flair for color and mixes anything she can get her hands on. Play-doh, paint, moon-sand, and yes, my brand new Play Foam. I’m trying to embrace her artistic flair.
And I have to admit, it is a beautiful house, ;o)
So are you sold yet? Easy. Colorful. No Mess. No Clean Up. Fun. How about now?

I follow on facebook!this stuff looks great, I think my children would love it! my son would probably use it for his numbers or letters as he is learning those at the moment, and my little girl would mix them all up (shes a mixer!) and make lots of different animals!
Well, since it is almost Spring. We would probably make some insects of some kind. Thanks and blessings,Loriloritenhaken@gmail.com
I am following Educational Insights already.
I am also one of your many followers.
And a subscriber!Blessings,Lori
I'm not sure what my preschoolers would make but I know they'd love it!
We'd make lots of animals and whatever else comes to mind. 🙂
I subscribe to your blog, by the way. Thanks for the good ideas!
My kids would want to make whatever the picture on the packaage is. My oldest, especially, likes "following directions!"
Oh, this looks like a lot of fun and I love no mess activities. I would make a dinosaur for my oldest, a rabbit for my middle child and a dog for my tot. Everyone would get exactly what they want. 🙂
