Oooh! I’m soooo excited I can barely stand it! One of my favorite companies, Educational Insights, has asked me to do some fun reviews and giveaways which I know you will all love! YAY!
As you all know, we absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Educational insights Hot Dots around here! The cute little cards and interactive pen makes learning so much fun! I even did a post awhile back about them here!
The Hot Dots are fun colorful cards that reinforce skills with the use of a fun interactive pen! When your student clicks on the “correct” dot the pen will flash green and say “Great Job” or “You are Correct”, if you get the wrong answer the pen will flash red and say “Sorry, try again!” They also have a new set for young kids along with a cute “Ace” the dog pen. His eyes light up green when they’re right and he barks!
Even the Teeny Tot comes running when we pull out the Hot Dots! Though, I’m not sure she’s learning much LOL!
My new favorite set of cards is the Hot Dots Jr. Getting Ready for School set! This set of cards comes with 80 double sided colorful cards and a very cute “Ace” the dog pen! They encourage your children to practice key learning skills including colors, letters, numbers, shapes, patterns and more!
We also have Hot Dots Jr. Alphabet Cards. They include 72 alphabet activities including uppercase/lowercase and letter sounds practice.
Educational Insights sells several different pre-made cards, or you can purchase Educational Insights Hot Dots with Talking Hot Dots Pen, and make your own cards as well! You can also download the cards I’ve made here:

You can rest assured I would NEVER recommend something we didn’t love!
I love the Hot Dots Jr. Getting Ready for School Set. I am always looking for learning activities for my toddler to do while I am teaching my 7th grader and she would love this.
I have been looking at these for awhile but had no idea there were so many or that you could make your own! My first choice would be the Hot Dots Jr. Alphabet Card Set.
Of course I forgot to post my email address: (I had chosen the Jr. Getting Ready for School Set)turtlgrl4@gmail.com

It is really hard to pick just one! We could use them all. But I think that I would start with the Hot Dots Jr. – Getting Ready for School set because that is the stage that my daughter is at.
I would try the Hot Dots Jr. Phonics Fun for my 3 1/2 year old who is beginning to show an interest in beginning reading skills.hedwards25 at yahoo dot com
I have never used Hot Dots before, but I've been hearing a lot about them lately on different homeschool blogs. I'm just starting my homeschool journey, so any tools we can get would be a blessing.
I like the consonants set or blends and digraphs. chariscook@hotmail.com
