We use Nest Learning videos for some of our Bible Studies and the kids absolutely LOVE them! My husband bought the series at a homeschool fair last year and we’ve been going through them since then. I listed it in my 2010-2011 curriculum post and the super nice folks at Nest Family saw my post and immediately offered to do a giveaway for you all! Yipee!
Nest Learning offers Biblical animated DVD series covering the Old Testament and New Testament. They also have a Hero Classics series. When you purchase a series of DVD’s you also receive an instant download activity book for each video in the series. The activities range from games, puzzles, coloring pages and more. What I like about them is that the activities cover Prek – 8th Grade, so I can print off a coloring page for my preschooler, a maze for my 1st grader and a crossword puzzle for my 2nd grader.
At the end of each video is a quiz that the kids take using the remote control. If they don’t remember an answer they can choose to watch a video clip that will help them answer. My kids love to take the quizzes and see how good they can do!
You can purchase the videos individually or as a set! As an added bonus, Nest has also offered my readers a 15% coupon good until 11/30/2010!

Nest Learning has offered the William Bradford DVD FREE to one of you!
Click here for more info on the William Bradford DVD
William Bradford fled with the Pilgrims to the new world, where he discovered that the price for religious freedom was hunger, sickness and death. As a peacemaker, he befriended the Native Americans who taught the struggling Pilgrims how to survive. By the end of the first year, William Bradford became Governor of the new land. After their first critical harvest, he set aside time for the Pilgrims and their new Native American friends to feast together and express their thanks to God. Thus, William Bradford became the Father of Thanksgiving Day.

My kids love the Nest videos. We have quite a few and are now trying to collect the animated hero series. My children actually ask to watch them, I don't have to force them, that's how good they are.
