I just found these super fun Color Cubes at my local teacher supply store today and had to get them! While they come with fun design ideas, unfortunately, they do NOT come with cards for my preschooler to copy.
Since I didn’t think she could handle looking at an image and re-producing it quite yet, I made some cards for her and of course, have them to share with you!
I made 8 cards for her to play with, I printed them double-sided (so I only used 4 sheets of cardstock) then I laminated them for durability. Here’s a peek at the cards:
Just a note:
I just got these wooden cubes. I got one set of 100ct. They are really cool! As soon as they came yesterday, I printed off and laminated the cards and stuck them in my 5yo’s and 8yo’s workboxes for today. We were so bummed! The cards need 2 sets to complete!
If you are ordering them, order more than one set, or order a larger set than 100 cubes.
Other than that, these are fabulous! THANK YOU SO MUCH for the fabulous download. Now to wait for the second set to arrive!
Sarah
Really? Are you talking about my printable cards? I only purchased one set and we’ve been fine with it?
Yep, your cards. We haven’t been able to cover a card completely using the set we have. weird…?
Ok… I only have 10 of each color. That’s why. Most of your cards use 12 or more of some colors.
I love this idea! What size are your cubes? Neither of the product links are still available so I’m looking to buy another set, but want to make sure I get the right size. Thank you!
Hi Julianne, oh no, they must have discontinued them! These blocks are similar, but not magnetic.
