It was also the Teeny Tiny Tot’s first craft! (Usually we do crafts while she’s sleeping, you can image why…) I have to say she was thrilled to be involved! And she did an excellent job.

Step 5: Hang on window for display! (We used scotch tape to stick it on the window) We made eggs and crosses to celebrate Easter, but you could easily do any design you want!

Happy  Easter!

  1. This is a great idea! You can do so many things – like spring butterflies. I once did a craft and it was similar but the kids used blue and green pieces of tissue paper and then there were small pieces of construction paper in the shape of fish and water plants for a cool aquarium / ocean craft. We sprinkled some glitter too. Thanks for sharing.

  2. hooray – i needed a craft for our church creche for this Easter sunday – even the littlest ones can do this and it will be something the Moms and Dads will want to take home and put up – gorgeous!

  3. I have done this same craft with transparencies, tissue, and glue. Simply cut out your shape from the clear transparency, paint the glue one and apply tissue squares! Great craft.
