Answer: Two kids with a love for band-aids.
I cut my finger today putting together some of my prek activities. Did I forget to mention that prek can be dangerous? So I calmly say “Ugh, I cut my finger!” And without a word, both kids raced out of the school room. I thought nothing of it, until they showed back up in about 2 seconds. My son had a damp towel and promptly began applying pressure to the cut, while my daughter carefully unwrapped a band-aid. My son then ‘dabbed’ my finger dry, and my daughter placed the band-aid over the wound.
Now, I have to say that during this process not a word was spoken, not even by me. They were “in action” and I was just sitting back observing the process of it all, sort of in awe at their speed and skill level. Apparently they’ve been paying attention all those times they got hurt!
(There’s the culprit in the lower right corner of the photo, no offense Fiskars Trimmer, I still love you!)
And here they are the two heroes…whose response time is un-paralleled!
That was a sweet situation…after all you do for them…everyday..they could finally come to your rescue!
Aww, what sweet kiddos!

I am sensing you may need to start saving for medical school…
