Since it’s so cold outside, and my kids have been literally BUGGING me about when they’ll get to do another lapbook, I decided to give each one a snow themed book. For kindergarten we’re doing Katy and the Big Snow by Virginia Lee Burton, it was perfect for a little dude who digs big tractors!

He liked organizing the cards, but I think it would’ve been better if they’d have gone along with the story better…also, for him, I put the basic lapbook together then let him do any cutting/pasting/coloring of the accompanying cards.

We're doing that lapbook this week, too! Both my 6 and 4 year old have enjoyed this one a lot!
