Whew, just in the nick of time with the January 2011 Menu Plan this month! To say that 2011 snuck up on me would be an understatement. I’m not sure how it got here, but the last thing I remember was starting school in August…after that everything’s a big blur! But considering that I’m starting school back up on Monday, I thought I’d better get some sort of plan going lest I start my new year with total chaos.
So here it is, nothing fancy as usual, a couple small changes based on my family’s preferences. Hope it helps reduce some of your stress for 2011!

Happy New Year!
And may 2011 be filled with children committed to picking up after themselves and gleefully begging for more school work!
My Resolution: Spend more time enjoying my family “IN THE MOMENT” instead of always planning for the future!

Hello!I have just discovered your blog, and I love it! So much inspiration, thank you very much!I have posted about your blog, hope it is okay.I have bought your expedition Eart, I think it is great. I am from Norway, so I cant use it like it is, but I will use it as inspiration.I am from the north of Norway, right now we do not even have sun up here, we can see it again 21. january. Then again, when summer comes we have the midnightsun. If you want some information about Norway I`d be happy to help you. We have the Northern light, Aurora Borealis, and we live close to the Sami-people.Sorry for my bad english.Whish you and your family a happy new year!
