One of my favorite meals is their Turkey-Bacon Tortilla Roll-Ups! And here’s the recipe courtesy of eMeals just to get you going for back-to-school!
- Pre Time: 10 mins
- Cook Time: 5 mins
Ingredients:
- 8 slices bacon
- Mayonnaise
- 1 (8-oz) package store-bought guacamole
- 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas (Or we like the green spinach ones for color!)
- 1/4 lb thinly sliced deli turkey
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (or any shredded cheese)
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce (optional)
Directions:
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain.
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and guacamole over each tortilla.
- Layer turkey, bacon and cheese on each tortilla.
- Add lettuce, if desired. Roll up tortillas,
- and cut in half. Makes 4 servings.

This is so great and seriously, what timing! I JUST ha a conversation with my hubby about how I wanted to try eMeals…mainly because I am struggling a bit with burnout in that area. Does it seem to be budget-friendly? Thank you for the coupon. I am definitely going to give them a try!
