Hey guys! I’m so excited to finally be able to release the much requested Daily Learning Notebook in French! Thanks to a lovely reader who translated this for me, we were able to get this out to all of you!
I think this will be a great addition to your homeschooling for both French speaking students as well as those learning French!

MAC USERS: You will need to Install Adobe Reader, then set it as your default program to open PDF files. This will resolve any weird viewing issues you may have with PDF files. Safari tries to open the file in preview instead of full view which causes issues viewing and printing files. Hope that helps!
The Daily Learning Notebook is a fun way to review basic math & calendar skills each day!
NOTE:The photos below show pages in English, however your pages will be in French.
The first page talks about today’s date, days of the week, and numbers:
- What day is it?
- What was yesterday?
- What will it be tomorrow be?
- Write the date
- Color in the day number
- Is today’s number ODD or EVEN?
- Write today’s number
- Write the number that comes before and after today’s number
The next page covers money and time:
- What time is it?
- What time was it 1 hour ago?
- What time will it be in 2 hours?
- Make the date in coins.
Tally Marks: We also keep track of our days in school using tally marks, at the end of the month we’ll count up all of our school days then write the number in the circle at the bottom of that month’s box.
Place Value & Temperature: Practice place value using today’s date, as well as telling the temperature.
Name Writing Practice: This download includes blank writing lines so that your students can practice writing their names. There is only one per month, but if you want them to have more practice you can print extra pages.
100 days count down: We’re also keeping track of our days in school up to 100. If you can’t read the numbers below, don’t worry! Strawberry Shortcake has taken to writing fancy little stick people on all of her numbers…
Monthly Calendar and weather tracking: We are also tracking our calendar days in school, they’ll write the month on the top of each calendar, then write the day’s number each day. At the bottom of the page is a place to track weather for each month. At the end we’ll discuss which type of weather we had most, least, etc. (The download has months in year order: JANUARY – DECEMBER)

Hello, Erika.
Я из России и хотела бы тоже сделать такой ежедневник на русском языке для своих дочек. Какой программой вы пользовались для создания этого ежедневника?
It would be great to have it made in Russian! I used Photoshop to make my notebook, but if you’re interested in translating it to Russian I’d be happy to make it!
Было бы замечательно , чтобы он сделал на русском языке! Я использовал Photoshop , чтобы сделать свой ноутбук , но если вы заинтересованы в переводе его на русском буду рада сделать это !
Erica,
Thank you for sharing your creativity! This is wonderful. I just discovered your notebook today, and I’m so excited to begin this with my 4 girls tomorrow! God bless you for all you do!
Hi! Thank you very much for this version in French. If you have other stuff to translate, I could eventually help too. 🙂
A mistake in the date: JJ/MM/AA for jour, mois, année instead of MM/DD/YY. 🙂
Thanks!
And also: Écris en lettres (with an s) le chiffre du jour.
thanks!
THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH! I think I may have written you a long time ago asking about French material.
I home-school our four kids in French only and I love all the materials I find online but they are ALWAYS in English and the really good home-school moms out there all blog ans share materials in English. It just is not as popular for French people/speakers to have blogs about their homeschool and if they do have one, they don’t really post home-made materials and worksheets. In any case, I would love to do some translation for you as well, in fact I had already on my own used some of your material and converted it.
For other readers out there, check out http://www.jerevise.fr
They have matching Video Lessons, worksheets and quizzes all in french for French and Math subjects, my kids love them.
Also a ton of material in french for all subjects at soutien67.free.fr great stuff there.
Those are the only two good ones I have found in my years of searching. If anyone else has suggestions, that would be super useful.
Thanks again Erica
