Here is another addition to the K4 curriculum that I’m working on. Beginning Sounds Lowercase Worksheets. And if you missed it, make sure to get the Beginning Consonant Sounds (uppercase) identification worksheets too!.
Click here to download the Beginning Sounds: Lowercase worksheets!
Have your student look at the letter in the beginning of the row. Say the names of all the pictures in that row then circle the ones that begin with the same consonant sound as the letter at the front of that row.

my son and I are working on the K4 worksheets and we are having loads of fun doing them.. thanks for sharing them Erica! It is such a great help! 😀
O I love them. We finished the letters so were doing review this week and Heaven has a hard time remembering some of the lower case. These would be perfect!
Hi, I want to say how much I enjoy your blog and really find it helpful. I love the colors and everything about it. I have nominated you for the stylish blog award. The directions are on my blog so I hope you will accept it and pass it on so we can learn about more wonderful blogs out there. Thanks for all you do.Donnahttp://kinderglynn.blogspot.com/
If I download the Letter of the Week Curriculum is the K4 on it or is that a separate download? Does it include all of the additions as you create them or will they all be available when you have completed it? TIA!Really love your blog!
I just want to say "You're Awesome!" I bought you LOTW Curriculum a while back and these add-ons are wonderful! Thank you so much!
I can't seem to download the file. Did anyone have any problem? The downloaded file is a different one. Seems like the site got hacked?Anyone having same problem?
Danielle: The LOTW does not included the K4 stuff right now because I'm still making the printables. Once it's done I'll package it separately with new lesson plans and such. For now it's free on my blog though by searching for K4 :o)
Jen: I just checked and the file looks okay to me. You said it went to a different file, what file did it take you to?
Hey there, I really enjoy your site. I have spent a lot of time downloading and using a lot of this curriculum with my child. My question is regarding sight words. Do you or are you planning any curriculum that helps reinforce sight words? Thanks,Katie
Katie: Yes, I have some sight words coming up shortly!
