Hi everyone! I can’t even tell you how excited I am for spring and summer! We’ve had a crazy mix of weather this month going from 70 one day, to snow the next. I have set my Uggs and Flip-flops by the door so I can decide which ones to wear on my way out the door.
Anyway, I have some fun meals this month, and I’m excited to have that planning done and not have to worry about food when I can be outside playing instead!

Sure, I just add spinach leaves (or lettuce of your choice), chopped mandarin orange slices (or regular oranges sliced), chopped walnuts, diced apples, and craisins in a bowl. Then I like to put a balsamic vinegar dressing on it.
I am so tired of making the same things over in my house week after week, thank you for sharing your great menus. I will be making the breaded chicken soon!
