I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.0 to scrapbook, sometimes for more complicated stuff Photoshop CS3, but really I’ve found I can do most things in Elements. Its really worth it, don’t go spending money on those other cheapo softwares that are out there, you’ll just end up downloading Photoshop anyway. Pay attention to sales they have, I got mine at 40% off.
