thank you for these tutorials I am having loads of fun I just finished your 2022 blocks and onto 2023 ones. I am happy on this 3rd block you slowed down a bit showing us the flying geese method and distributing the bulk from the middle seam perfect. Working on your block #1 I was a bit lost you went through a few of the areas really fast.
you have really made these complicated quilt blocks look so easy that a beginner like me can actually make something awesome. I will be eagerly waiting for next months block. thank you again

  2. Hi Erica,
Can these blocks be completed as a “quilt as you go”? I do not think I will be able to quilt it at the end on my domestic sewing machine. I am new to sewing and love how you explain and demonstrate your projects.
    Thanks so much,

    1. Thank you for your great block tutorials, and please do all of the squares instead of doing just one. I really enjoy seeing the process several times when Iā€™m learning something new. I am very glad to have found your you-tube channel. You are thorough and easy to understand.

  3. Thank you for the sew along. Really enjoying it. I really hope by the end of it I will have the flying geese down. My are always wonky. lol

I also want to thank you for all your tutorials. The quilt shop in my area that I started taking lessons from closed and I have watched all your beginning quilting ones to teach my self.
